CCA Challenge
Are you a runner, cyclist, triathlete or just love a challenge? CCA has a program to help you bring JoyRx to kids while you are training to complete a race or a personal challenge you have set for yourself.
Details about Participating: 
- Who: Anyone interested in inspiring their community to raise funds for CCA's innovative programs while taking on a personal challenge
- What: The CCA Challenge is an individual fundraising program with incentives to encourage participants to reach fundraising goals
- When: Year-round program that fits with your training schedule for an event
- Where: Wherever you are! This is an individual online fundraising challenge so you can participate anywhere
- Why: To help fund CCA’s innovate programs that provide JoyRx to seriously ill children and their families
Benefits Include:
- Personal, secure online fundraising page to share with friends/family
- A special cycling jersey or technical shirt specially designed to wear during your event if you raise at least $1,000
- A CCA branded backpack when you reach $500
- VIP benefits on race day at the following races: 10K Rum Run, Vancouver USA Marathon, Cycle Oregon, and Portland Marathon
- Sample e-mails and letters to share your story and how your community's support will bring JoyRx to kids in our community
- Stories and photos of our community heroes to help you share the mission of CCA with your friends and family
- One-on-one fundraising guidance from CCA staff to help you reach your goal

*Registering to take the CCA Challenge in no way guarantees entry into a race, you must still register with the particular race. Registering for the challenge will create your fundraising page. If you would like entry into the 2011 Portland Half Marathon, entries are still available through CCA.
