It’s almost here, my favorite day of the year, Golf for Joy! The day I get to play my favorite game, alongside my closest friends, to support Children’s Cancer Association, an organization that is near and dear to my heart because it creates Joy for sick kids. Nothing tugs at my heartstrings more than a child with cancer, but Children’s Cancer Association’s innovative JoyRx programs deliver Joy to kids and their families—one song, one friendship, one breath of ocean air at a time.

12 years ago, I started Golf for Joy as a one-man golf marathon and now it has become a three-day event of golf, fun, food, fellowship, and fundraising!

On August 24, I’ll once again be combining my passions of golf and helping kids by walking 100 holes at Pumpkin Ridge. Will you join me in helping Children’s Cancer Association deliver Joy to the thousands of kids they serve each year by making a gift for every hole I complete? Some are giving $5, and some are giving $200 per hole. Every amount makes a difference in giving Joy to sick kids. Your gift is what brings Joy to life, and the kids and I thank you.
