What to Expect
We’ll gather with 300 anticipated business and community leaders for an incredible and inspiring night. We’ll hear from an honored guest family speaker about their JoyRx Music experience; we’ll share highlights from our programs in action in the community, and we'll raise our paddles high with a direct appeal for philanthropic support.
In the spirit of fun, we'll enjoy mystery gifts, a live auction featuring exclusive items, and we'll end the night celebrating the power of music with a performance from Charley Crockett!

About JoyRx Music
In 1995, Children’s Cancer Association launched JoyRx Music — one of the earliest music medicine programs tailored specifically for children with cancer to transform their moments of sadness with joy and relieve their stress, anxiety, and perception of pain through personalized music experiences led by trained specialists with music carts filled with instruments.
Ten years ago, we added digital delivery for our music programs, to reach more kids in more places, on their schedule. Now, JoyRx Music is a multifaceted, multichannel program. We broadcast live in hospital studios, produce and program live digital concerts, produce and distribute prerecorded content packages for hospitals, and offer programming on our exclusive YouTube Kids channel. Each of these delivery methods feature appropriate curated content to empower kids to positively shift their mood during the stressful and painful experiences related to fighting life-threatening illness and extended hospitalizations.
Today, we are continuing to invest and listen to partner needs by scaling the reach and impact of JoyRx Music, growing from two partner sites to more than fifty, and serving hospitalized children with cancer, serious illness, and other diagnoses.
