Honoring 30 years of JoyRx programs and the people who got us here.
Founded in 1995 by the Ellis family, Children’s Cancer Association began with a bold vision: to bring joy and emotional support to seriously ill children. Over the past 30 years, that vision has grown into free JoyRx programs — now in more than 50 sites across 20 states.
Fundraised over $1 Million Dollars for children who need it most!
In 2025, we celebrated three decades of delivering joy through our signature gala, Live From the Heart — a night of music, community, and gratitude honoring our Pearl Anniversary.
The event featured a cocktail hour, dinner, auction, and an inspiring program that reflected on 30 years of impact and the generosity of our supporters. We also recognized 30 JoyRx Luminaries, honoring the leadership and commitment of an incredible group of volunteers who have helped shape our journey.
The evening’s highlight was an exclusive performance by Amos Lee, whose heartfelt music and longtime support for JoyRx Music brought a deeply meaningful energy to the celebration.
Thank you to all our loyal donors who helped fundraise over $1 million; we are blown away by your continued support and generosity.
