Thank you for helping us honor 30 Years of JoyRx in 2025.

In 2025, we reached a milestone: 30 years of JoyRx. That means 30 years of impact, 30 years of innovative programs, and 30 years of working with pediatric partners and families to create more than two million JoyRx interactions in the Pacific Northwest and across the nation.

We are grateful to everyone who contributed to our year-long observance: in celebration, in memoriam, and in joy.

“After 30 years bringing joy to thousands of seriously ill children throughout the country, it feels like our work is just getting started. Our incredible JoyRx programs—supported by this community—are needed by millions of children who fall ill every year. We know that they need more than medicine to feel better. They need joy. So, I invite you to join us as we embark on another 30 years of innovation and trailblazing in the art and science of joy.”

Our belief in the power of joy has carried us through thousands of children’s stories, each one unique, each one deeply important.

“At this milestone, we recommit ourselves to the next 30 years, ensuring that no child fights alone, that no family carries this burden in isolation, and that love, music, and joy continue to be a part of every child’s healing journey.”
